The role supports students to develop the resilience and skills to navigate the challenges they face.</p> <p>As a Wellbeing Counsellor at Victory, you will be a valued part of our College community, supporting students through the challenges they face and empowering them to grow, thrive and reach their potential.</p> <p>The ideal candidate will have <strong>relevant qualifications and demonstrated experience in a counselling or similar role, with experience in a school environment highly regarded.</strong> The successful candidate will also be required to hold a current Victorian Working with Children Check and be willing to undertake a National Criminal Record Check.</p> <p>Our staff model compassion and respect, guiding students to engage thoughtfully with others and act with integrity and fairness.
