<p>We are seeking a Graduate or Early Career Teacher who:</p> <ul> <li>Demonstrates a commitment to the ethos of Catholic Education and the safety and wellbeing of all students.</li> <li>Is enthusiastic about building positive relationships with students, families and colleagues.</li> <li>Is willing to learn and implement our Positive Behaviours for Learning (PBL) approach to create calm, predictable and engaging learning environments.</li> <li>Has a passion for teaching and an interest in developing their understanding of the Science of Learning and evidence-based teaching practices.</li> <li>Has a sound understanding of the Victorian Curriculum and is eager to develop their planning and teaching skills.</li> <li>Is committed to meeting the diverse learning needs of students through differentiated teaching and learning experiences.</li> <li>Is willing to use student assessment data to inform teaching and monitor student progress.</li> <li>Is enthusiastic, reflective, open to feedback and committed to ongoing professional growth.</li> <li>Enjoys working collaboratively as part of a supportive team and is excited to contribute to our school community.</li> </ul> <p>St Monica's is committed to the safety, wellbeing and protection of all children in our care.</p> <p><strong>Special Requirements</strong></p> <p>The successful applicants must be registered with the Victorian Institute of Teaching. Accreditation to teach Religious Education in a Catholic Primary School, or willing to undertake accreditation, is preferred.</p> <p>Applications close at 9am on Monday 19th October.
