Santa Sabina College is seeking a highly organised and proactive Administration Officer – Teaching and Learning to join our vibrant academic team.

Our Early Education Centre (Mary Bailey House) and Out of School Hours (OOSH) services are located in the grounds of the Primary (Del Monte) Campus.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Position:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Temporary Full-Time (Term Time only plus Two Weeks)</li> <li>Classification: Clerical and Administration Services Level 4 to Level 5.1 under the&nbsp;<i>Independent Schools NSW (Professional Operational Staff) Cooperative Multi-Enterprise Agreement (CMEA</i>)&nbsp;<i>2025 </i>(Dependent on experience and/or qualifications)</li> <li>Hours: 8am – 4pm, Monday to Friday, 76 hours a fortnight</li> <li>Location: Santa Sabina College, Secondary Campus, Strathfield, NSW</li> </ul> <p><strong>Commencement Date: Monday 18 January 2027</strong></p> <p><strong>End Date: Friday 10 December 2027</strong></p> <p><strong>The Role</strong><br> As the Administration Officer – Teaching and Learning, you will provide essential support to the Deputy Principal – Teaching and Learning, Director of Studies, Dean of IBDP and Heads of Department. You will play a key role in the smooth operation of academic programs and services for staff, students and parents.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities Include:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Coordinating academic testing and assessments (e.g. NAPLAN, ICAS, PAT)</li> <li>Managing administrative processes for NESA and IBDP, including ManageBac</li> <li>Supporting academic reporting, parent-teacher interviews and Award ceremonies</li> <li>Handling data entry, communication and calendar management</li> <li>Assisting with academic events, excursions and examination logistics</li> <li>Providing first aid and maintaining accurate student records</li> <li> <p>Offering a warm and professional point of contact for students, staff and families</p> <p><strong>What We’re Looking For:</strong></p></li> <li>Strong administrative and organisational skills</li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities</li> <li>Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office and other school systems (e.g. TASS)</li> <li>Ability to manage confidential information with discretion</li> <li>First Aid qualification and current Working with Children Check</li> <li> <p>TAFE qualifications in administration (desirable)</p> <p>For further information, including a full role description,&nbsp; please go to our College Website&nbsp;<a href="https://www.ssc.nsw.edu.au/about-us/employment/" rel="nofollow"><u>https://www.ssc.nsw.edu.au/about-santa-sabina/employment</u></a> or contact Jacqui Pugh, Deputy Principal - Teaching and Learning on (02) 9745 0147.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Applications close: 4:00pm Thursday 22 October&nbsp;2026.</strong></p> <p><i>The College is committed to the National Principles for Child Safe Organisations.
