Radford College is seeking a Janitor (fixed-term, full-time) and a General Facilities Officer (permanent, part-time, 3 days/week) to join the Facilities Team commencing ASAP.

<p><strong>Janitor &amp; General Facilities Officer</strong></p> <p><strong>Various positions</strong></p> <p><strong>Commencing as soon as possible</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>The opportunity</strong></p> <p>Radford College is seeking proactive, reliable and service-oriented individuals to join our Facilities Team in Term 4.</p> <p>We are currently recruiting for two positions:</p> <ul> <li><strong>Janitor</strong> - Fixed-term, full-time position covering a period of leave.</li> <li><strong>General Facilities Officer</strong> - Permanent, part-time position working three days per week.</li> </ul> <p>These roles are integral to maintaining a safe, welcoming and well-presented campus and supporting the day-to-day operations of the College.</p> <p>The <strong>Janitor</strong> will provide hands-on operational support across the campus, assisting with logistics, event setup, maintenance and facility services. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, this role is suited to an organised and adaptable individual with a strong work ethic and commitment to delivering excellent service.</p> <p>The <strong>General Facilities Officer</strong> is responsible for undertaking general repairs and maintenance across College buildings and grounds. This role requires a practical and flexible all-rounder who enjoys a varied workload and takes pride in maintaining high standards across a busy school environment. Experience in a similar maintenance or facilities role is highly desirable.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>About the Roles</strong></p> <p><strong>Janitor</strong></p> <p>The Janitor supports the smooth operation of the College by:</p> <ul> <li>Coordinating resources and equipment for College events and activities.</li> <li>Assisting with transport and logistics requirements.</li> <li>Delivering goods, furniture and equipment across the campus.</li> <li>Undertaking minor maintenance and repair tasks.</li> <li>Monitoring and responding to Facilities Helpdesk requests.</li> <li>Supporting the presentation, cleanliness and security of College facilities.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>General Facilities Officer</strong></p> <p>The General Facilities Officer forms part of the Facilities Team and is responsible for:</p> <ul> <li>Performing general maintenance and repair work across buildings and grounds.</li> <li>Assisting with preventative maintenance programs.</li> <li>Supporting campus logistics, event setups and operational requirements.</li> <li>Maintaining the presentation and functionality of College facilities.</li> <li>Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a safe and well-maintained environment.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>These positions would suit energetic, dependable individuals who enjoy practical, hands-on work and take pride in contributing to the daily life of a thriving school community.
