<p>This is a pivotal leadership position for an experienced and visionary educational leader who has successfully led large teams, driven cultural transformation, and developed high-performing staff. Reporting directly to the Principal, you will provide strategic leadership of the Senior School (Years 7-12) while contributing to the overall leadership and future direction of the College. </p>
<p>We are seeking a leader who understands that exceptional student outcomes are achieved through exceptional staff. As such, your primary focus will be leading, developing and inspiring teachers and middle leaders, building a culture of accountability, growth, collaboration and professional excellence.</p>
<p><strong>The Opportunity</strong></p>
<p>This role requires a highly capable executive leader with the presence, credibility and experience to influence culture, lead change and build leadership capacity across a large and complex school environment.</p>
<p>You will work closely with the Principal and Executive Leadership Team to:</p>

<p>You are an accomplished educational executive who has successfully led significant teams through periods of growth, change and improvement. You will bring:</p>

<li>Extensive senior leadership experience in a school or similarly complex educational setting.</li>
<li>Demonstrated success in leading organisational and cultural change.</li>
<li>A proven ability to lift staff performance through coaching, mentoring and professional accountability.</li>
<li>Exceptional people leadership skills and experience managing large and diverse teams.</li>
<li>The ability to have courageous conversations while building trust and strong professional relationships.</li>
<li>Strong strategic thinking and organisational leadership capability.</li>
<li>Experience leading leaders, building leadership pipelines and developing future talent.</li>
<li>Outstanding communication, stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.</li>
<li>A commitment to educational excellence and continuous improvement.</li>
<li>Alignment with the Christian values and mission of the College. </li>

<p><strong> Key Leadership Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Provide executive leadership of the Senior School and contribute to whole-of-College strategic direction.</li>
<li>Lead and develop teachers, middle leaders and support staff to achieve high standards of professional practice. </li>
<li>Build a culture where excellence, accountability and collaboration are expected and supported.</li>
<li>Oversee staff performance, development, succession planning and leadership growth.</li>
<li>Partner with key leaders to enhance teaching quality, student wellbeing and operational effectiveness.</li>
<li>Lead strategic improvement initiatives and support the implementation of College priorities.</li>
<li>Deputise for the Principal and represent the College with professionalism and integrity when required. </li>
</ul>
