<p>The Human Resources Co-ordinator will work closely with the Principal to provide efficient and effective HR support services to all areas of the College. This includes supporting the co-ordination of recruitment and selection, policies and procedures, employment relations, and training and development.&nbsp;</p> <p>The role also supports the College Leadership Team with staffing and human resources matters pertaining to both teaching and non-teaching staff at the College.</p> <p>The Human Resources Co-ordinator is recognised as a key leader within the College community and exercises a significant professional role among the staff.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>You will:</strong></p> <p>✔ Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for teaching and non-teaching staff.<br> ✔ Support workforce planning, staffing requirements and employment contract administration.<br> ✔ Provide HR advice and guidance on policies, procedures and employee relations matters.<br> ✔ Ensure compliance with CEWA requirements, employment legislation and staff accreditation obligations.<br> ✔ Manage staff induction, exit processes and employment records.</p>
