The Head of Head of History Philosophy and RaVE leads and supports a team of teachers, building capacity through collaboration, professional growth, and clear expectations for teaching, assessment and student outcomes.</p> <p>The role is central to driving an academic improvement agenda within the department, using data-informed practices to enhance student learning and achievement.
