Make a Difference in Early Learning&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>Are you an experienced early childhood leader who is passionate about mentoring educators, driving quality outcomes and leading high-performing teams?&nbsp;</p> <p><i>Good Shepherd Lutheran College is a co-educational, non-government school for ELC to Year 12 students, with three campuses across Darwin: Howard Springs, Palmerston and Leanyer.</i>&nbsp;</p> <p>We are seeking a passionate and suitably qualified <strong>Team Leader</strong> to join our dedicated Early Learning Centre (ELC) team at our Palmerston Campus on a permanent full-time basis.&nbsp;</p> <p>As the <strong>ELC Team Leader</strong>, you will provide leadership, guidance and operational support within the Early Learning Centre, working closely with the ELC Director to deliver high-quality programs and services that support children's learning, development and wellbeing.
