Working closely with the Director of Learning &amp; Innovation and senior leaders, you will drive innovative programs, build staff capability, and ensure every learner receives the support, challenge and opportunities they need to flourish.</p> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>About the Role</strong></p> <p>The Curriculum Leader Exceptional Learners provides strategic leadership across three key areas:</p> <p><strong>People</strong></p> <ul> <li>Build the capability, confidence and expertise of staff in identifying and responding to exceptional learners.</li> <li>Mentor and support teachers and specialist staff to deliver high-quality intervention, extension and enrichment programs.</li> <li>Promote inclusive practices and foster a culture where every learner is known, valued and supported.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Systems</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop and oversee College-wide policies, processes and frameworks for exceptional learner programs.</li> <li>Manage funding applications, budgets, compliance requirements and student records.</li> <li>Coordinate staffing, resource allocation and program delivery across the College.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Using Data to Improve Outcomes</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead evidence-based processes to identify, monitor and support exceptional learners.</li> <li>Perform analyses of student achievement, wellbeing and engagement data to inform interventions and enrichment opportunities.</li> <li>Design and oversee innovative programs that support both students requiring additional learning support and academically gifted learners, including strong STEM enrichment pathways.</li> </ul> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>About You</strong></p> <p>You are an accomplished educational leader with a passion for inclusive education and student growth.
