<p>We are seeking a leader who:</p> <ul> <li>Is deeply committed to the mission of Catholic education and the Emmaus charism.</li> <li>Has proven leadership experience in Learning &amp; Teaching and Religious Education.</li> <li>Builds teacher capability and leads improvement through collaboration, coaching and professional learning.</li> <li>Demonstrates strong knowledge of evidence-informed practice, assessment and student learning.</li> <li>Is an authentic and relational faith leader, committed to nurturing the faith, learning and wellbeing of every student.</li> <li>Builds positive relationships with students, staff, families and parish.</li> <li>Demonstrates strong strategic, interpersonal and organisational leadership.</li> <li>Is committed to child safety, inclusion, equity and continuous improvement.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Experience</strong></p> <p>Applicants will hold current VIT registration and Accreditation to Teach Religious Education or Accreditation to Lead in a Catholic School,</p> <p>Applicants will also have significant experience in Catholic education and school leadership and hold, or be working towards, relevant postgraduate qualifications in education, leadership or a related field.</p> <p>This is a three-year leadership appointment, concluding at the end of 2029.
