<p>We’re looking for a compassionate and encouraging Student Mentor to walk alongside students as they navigate challenges and discover their potential. From one-on-one mentoring and classroom support to building confidence and positive relationships during breaks, you’ll play a meaningful role in helping students thrive. You’ll also support exciting excursions and camps, identify individual needs, and provide Christian guidance and encouragement. If you’re passionate about seeing young people flourish academically, socially and personally, we’d love to hear from you!</p>

<p>Part-time | 12 Month Contract | Christian School Community</p>
<p>We’re seeking a passionate, dedicated Student Mentor to join our vibrant school community from Term 1, 2027. This is a 12-month contract, 6.5 hours per week.</p>

<p>We are looking for someone who:</p>
<ul>
<li>Is a committed Christian who is active in church fellowship to join our vibrant Christian community.</li>
<li>Is able to implement a learning program under the guidance of the Diverse Education Coordinator.</li>
<li>Demonstrates exceptional professional and interpersonal relationship with students, families and the school community.</li>
<li>Be able to work autonomously once tasks are delegated</li>
<li>Has an outstanding attention to detail.</li>
<li>Has the ability to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li>
<li>Holds the required checks and training as outlined in the Job and Person Specification (or is willing to complete these prior to commencing).</li>
