<ul> <li>Take the next step in your leadership journey commencing 2027</li> <li>Develop your capability in curriculum design and assessment</li> <li>Contribute to strategic teaching and student outcomes</li> </ul> <p><strong>About the Role</strong></p> <p>We are seeking an experienced teacher to join the <strong>Christian Studies</strong> department as <strong>Curriculum Leader Assistant. </strong>The ability to teach Study of Religion, Philosophy and Reason, and Religion and Ethics will be highly regarded.</p> <p>Working alongside the Curriculum Leader, you will teach across Years 7–12 and lead a defined area of the department's work, agreed with your Curriculum Leader annually. You will contribute to curriculum design and assessment quality, coach and support colleagues, and deputise for the Curriculum Leader when required.</p> <p>This appointment carries a particular focus on pedagogy. You will co-lead the department's thinking about how its subjects are taught. The position is the College's principal pathway into curriculum leadership.
