<p>We are seeking a Learning Support Officer at St. Vincent de Paul Primary School to join our committed staff for 2027. This position is a 0.81 FTE &nbsp;to commence on January 27, 2027.&nbsp;</p> <p>The position is over 5 days beginning at 8:30am and concluding at 3:30pm to support children within classrooms under the guidance of the classroom teacher.&nbsp;</p> <p>The role description outlining the requirements of this position is attached.&nbsp;</p> <p>The successful applicant will:&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>be able to work in a supportive team environment and have the capacity to establish, contribute to and maintain positive workplace relationships</li> <li>providing support for a student’s academic, social, emotional and behaviour learning&nbsp;</li> <li>maintain notes to record student progress as required by NCCD</li> <li>support the implementation of the student's Personalised Learning Plan</li> <li>liaising with classroom teacher &amp; Learning Diversity leader to review children's support program</li> <li>be committed to building strong partnerships between families and school</li> <li>be committed to ongoing professional learning</li> <li>have a strong commitment to wellbeing and child safety</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Special Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>Working with Children Check</li> <li>Include the contact details of two referees</li> <li>Have an understanding that our school community promotes the safety, wellbeing and inclusion of all children.</li> </ul>
