These classroom teaching positions are full-time and fixed-term, commencing on Wednesday January&nbsp;27th, 2027 and concluding on Wednesday 26th January, 2028.</strong><br> &nbsp;</p> <p><strong>These fixed-term positions are for 2027, as they are replacing ongoing teachers currently on parental leave.</strong></p> <p>The successful applicants will have;</p> <ul> <li>a strong commitment to Catholic education and the ethos of Catholic schools</li> <li>the appropriate qualifications, skills and abilities necessary to provide students with rich and rewarding educational experiences, catering for individual needs in an inclusive, open learning environment</li> <li>experience or interest in evidence-informed learning and teaching with the ability to deliver the learning content with passion</li> <li>the ability to work and plan collaboratively as part of a team, sharing the responsibility for improving student outcomes</li> <li>capacity to implement efficient and effective classroom behaviour management strategies aligned with our current School Wide Positive Behaviour Management approach</li> <li>strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive partnerships with staff, students and their families</li> <li>a commitment to adopting the school's vision for evidence-informed practices, inclusive of the Science of Reading, designing a knowledge-based curriculum and an Explicit Instruction pedagogical approach, and a willingness to undertake ongoing professional development in these areas.</li> </ul> <p>St Mary's School promotes the safety, wellbeing and inclusion of all children.
