You will be responsible for creating an engaging, inclusive, and challenging learning environment where students can develop their intellectual potential and thrive personally.</p> <p>Your role will require you to work collaboratively with collegues, privude individualised support, with collegues, provide indiviualised support, and contribute to the Academy's continuous improvement.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Deliver engaging, challending lessons that meet the needs of high protential students, fostering their intellectual and personal growth. Use differentiated strategies to ensure each student can access the curriculum at their level and reach their full potential.</li> <li>Implement strategies for effective assessment and feedback to monitor students' progress and achievement. Use evidence based practices to inform instruction and provide constructive feedback to students and their families.</li> <li>Tailor teaching practices to accommodate the diverse learning needs of each student, ensuring that each child's strengths are nurtured while addressing areas for growth.
