As we plan for 2027, we’re seeking applications from passionate Inclusion educators committed to continuous improvement and making a positive impact.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>This is a part-time 0.6FTE position, commencing in January 2027.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>As an Inclusion Teacher, you will:</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Teach within the classroom framework of the Australian Curriculum and the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Program, ensuring students with diverse learning needs can access the core curriculum.</li> <li>Plan and implement evidence-based, student-centered adjustments and interventions that are highly engaging, supportive and inclusive.</li> <li>Develop, monitor, and review Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and personalised learning pathways to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.</li> <li>Work collaboratively with colleagues, school leaders, parents and external allied health professionals to build team capacity and ensure continuity of support.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;We are looking for someone with:</p> <p><br> &nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Suitable relevant teaching qualifications.</li> <li>A strong understanding and experience in the Australian Curriculum.</li> <li>Knowledge of or experience with the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Program Framework is desirable.</li> <li>Knowledge of the requirements for teaching students with specific learning needs and/or disabilities and the impact on learning and wellbeing.</li> <li>A passion and commitment to student-centered learning that is evidence-based, engaging and inclusive.</li> <li>Strengths in communication, collaboration and classroom management.</li> <li>A demonstrated ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, external providers and colleagues.</li> </ul> <p><br><br> &nbsp;</p> <p>Applications close on Monday 14th of September at 4pm.</p> <ul> <li><a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://web.martianlogic.com/smejobsearch/jsponly/downloadFile.jsp?jobAttachmentId=114064">Job Description</a></li> </ul>
