We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Learning Support Officer to join our Year 5 team for Term 4, commencing Monday, 5 October 2026. This is a wonderful opportunity to support student learning and wellbeing while being part of a vibrant, inclusive and welcoming school community.
<p><u>Requirements</u></p> <p>• Commitment to Catholic Ethos</p> <p>• Commitment to Child Safe Practices</p> <p>• Willingness to work as part of a team</p> <p>•Certificate 3 in Education Support</p> <p>• Working with Children Card - (Employee)</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><u>General Work Descriptions</u></p> <ul> <li>Support student learning, using initiative, discretion and sound judgement.</li> <li>Contribute to the monitoring, evaluation and reporting of student progress and learning.</li> <li>Facilitate targeted small-group interventions in Literacy and Numeracy.</li> <li>Work under the guidance and direction of teaching staff to provide targeted support to students in specific learning areas.</li> <li> <p><strong>Hours:</strong> 8:30 am – 3:15 pm, Monday to Friday.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p></li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
