We support excellence in education, foster spiritual and professional growth, strengthen governance and leadership practices, and ensure every child flourishes through education grounded in their God-given potential.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>About the Role</strong></p> <p>Reporting to the Director: Learning Futures, this regionally focused leadership role will:</p> <ul> <li>Lead and support the implementation of the new Christian Studies Curriculum across LEVNT learning communities.</li> <li>Design and facilitate high-quality professional learning for Christian Studies leaders and teachers.</li> <li>Develop implementation resources, guides, exemplars and support materials.</li> <li>Support the redevelopment and delivery of EQUIP in collaboration with Lutheran Education Australia and regional stakeholders.</li> <li>Build networks and partnerships across schools, regional offices and national Lutheran education organisations.</li> <li>Coordinate feedback, implementation activities and continuous improvement initiatives to support the National Christian Studies Project.</li> <li>Provide strategic advice regarding curriculum intent, pedagogy and implementation planning.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p>The role requires regular travel throughout Victoria, Tasmania and New South Wales.&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>About You</strong></p> <p>You are a passionate Christian educator and influential leader who is committed to the mission and ministry of Lutheran Education.
