Trainees benefit from mentoring by experienced educators, ongoing professional development, and the support of a collaborative network of Christian schools.&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Teacher Trainee</strong></p> <p><strong>Role Purpose</strong></p> <p>The Teacher Trainee is an aspiring educator undertaking an approved teacher education qualification while actively participating in the life of Cedars Christian College. Working under the guidance of experienced mentor teachers, the Teacher Trainee gains practical classroom experience, develops professional teaching skills, and contributes to the College's learning community while progressing toward full teacher accreditation.
