<p><strong>About the Role </strong></p>
<p>St Peters Lutheran College is seeking a dedicated and experienced Years 7-12 Curriculum Leader -Mathematics to join our Secondary Years team. Commencing in January 2027, this middle leadership position is responsible for the strategic direction, delivery and continuous improvement of the Mathematics curriculum across Years 7-12, ensuring high-quality learning experiences and strong student achievement. </p>
<p>Working closely with school leaders and teaching staff, you will lead curriculum development, support contemporary pedagogical practice, and foster a collaborative, future-focused culture that reflects the College's commitment to excellence in Christian co-education. </p>

<li><strong>Employment Type:</strong> Full Time</li>
<li><strong>Tenure: </strong>3 Years with a permanent teaching position</li>

<p><strong>What You Bring </strong></p>

<li>A recognised teaching qualification and current Queensland College of Teachers registration, or eligibility for registration. </li>
<li>Demonstrated expertise in secondary Mathematics curriculum, assessment and pedagogy across Years 7-12. </li>
<li>Proven leadership experience with the ability to build capability, improve performance and support professional growth in individuals and teams. </li>
<li>Highly developed organisational and time management skills, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines. </li>
<li>Commitment to ongoing professional learning, exemplary personal integrity and professional conduct. </li>
