<p>We are seeking a school leader to undertake the 2-point Diversity Coordinator role at Parramatta Marist High School, leading inclusive learning through collaboration, instructional leadership and evidence-based practice.</p> <p>Your duties will include but are not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Contributes to the delivery of the system strategic intent within the local school context</li> <li>Exercises Catholic leadership and fosters the faith formation of students and staff</li> <li>Leads the implementation of the diversity needs of the school</li> <li>Creates and maintains an effective partnership with families and carers to support and improve students’ achievement and personal development</li> <li>Mentors and coaches teachers to make appropriate adjustments or interventions for students at the point of need</li> <li>Coordinates the personalised planning process and collaborates with Leaders of Learning Pathways and stakeholders on developing personalised plans for students</li> <li>Identifies and coordinates internal and external stakeholders, support services and agencies to respond to the needs of students including providers for diagnostic testing and assessment</li> <li>Tracks, reports and meets compliance of assigned areas of responsibility and components of registration and accreditation in accordance with school, system and legislative requirements</li> <li>Is responsible for the leadership and care of the members in the Wellbeing Centre</li> </ul>
