We believe that this approach, combined with our outstanding facilities and resources, creates a learning environment that inspires and motivates our students to reach their full potential.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>About the Position</strong></p> <p>The Policy Support Officer is responsible for providing administration support in the areas of developing policies and procedures for implementation for a group of schools in South Australia that are part of the Lutheran (LESNW) network, in order to assist managing risk and compliance.&nbsp;</p> <p>The Policy Support Officer will assist the work of members of the Executive Team and other staff, through the Business Manager in each College, to continually develop and improve a suite of risk and policy documents and facilitate successful implementation, for both Colleges.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities include</strong></p> <ul> <li>Contribute to the development and maintenance of risk and compliance systems as a trusted source of truth for managing risk, compliance and policy across multiple schools.</li> <li>Assist department leaders in their development of policies and procedures to ensure policy compliance.</li> <li>Provide administrative support to the Risk and Compliance Manager and Property Managers as they carry out their responsibilities to ensure compliance for each College.</li> <li>Support the Risk and Compliance Manager as they communicate new releases to staff and build awareness of the risk and compliance systems.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Ready to make a difference?</strong></p> <p>To learn more about our College including the Position Description, please visit our website</p> <p><a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="http://www.cornerstone.sa.edu.au/community/employment/"><strong>http://www.cornerstone.sa.edu.au/community/employment/</strong></a></p> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>Applications will close on Monday the 24th of August 2026 at 8am</strong></p> <p>To be considered for this opportunity, please submit both a current resume and a cover letter outlining your suitability for the role.</p> <p>Applications may be considered on a rolling basis so early application is encouraged.
