<p><strong>About Our School</strong><br><br><strong>St Anthony of Padua Catholic College</strong> is a K-12 state-of-the-art Kindergarten to Year 12 college that provides opportunities for students to be known, valued and challenged for the 13 years of their formal education and beyond. We aim to develop confident, independent young adults in richly resourced learning environments designed to engage students.<br><br>
The College is situated in close proximity to future university campuses, the South-West Rail Link and the M5, on a beautiful, spacious property. It is an exciting time for the College as we will welcome our first Year 12 cohort in 2026.<br><br>

As a <strong>Primary Teacher</strong>, you will inspire students through engaging, student-centered teaching within a Catholic learning environment. You'll bring:</p>

<li>a commitment to Catholic Education, with a clear understanding of the vision and mission of Catholic Schools and a willingness to support the faith formation of students</li>
<li>expertise in developing a K-6 Curriculum and the application of effective learning pedagogies</li>
<li>experience, qualifications and a willingness to teach Primary Early Stage 1 to Stage 3</li>
<li>a commitment to academic excellence</li>
<li>exemplary classroom practice, utilising a range of contemporary, evidence based pedagogical approaches that support effective learning and academic rigour</li>
<li>ability to utilise formative and summative assessments to drive student progress</li>
<li>ability to employ a data-informed approach to setting challenging learning objectives and providing effective feedback</li>
<li>an ability to create a culture of excellence and high expectations through positive support of student learning</li>
<li>a commitment to continual improvement of teaching and learning</li>
<li>ability to facilitate staff professional development in best practice teaching skills and content knowledge</li>
<li>highly developed interpersonal skills demonstrating an ability to effectively communicate with parents, students and staff</li>

<li>a tertiary qualification in Education and NESA accreditation</li>
<li>Religious Education qualifications or the willingness to achieve them as per <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://sydcatholicschools.nsw.edu.au/policies/accreditation-policy-to-work-teach-and-lead-in-sydney-catholic-schools">Accreditation Policy to Work, Teach, and Lead</a>.</li>
