Together, academic staff and corporate staff provide an outstanding educational environment for students to grow and flourish.</p> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>About the Role</strong></p> <p>St Peters Lutheran College is seeking a dedicated and experienced Administrator Physical Security to work as part of the Facilities and Services Team, ensuring the management and guardianship of the College’s people, built assets, grounds and facilities.</p> <p>The role will include a strong technical component such as conducting investigations and evidence gathering, traffic management, minor capital works and day to day operational requirements</p> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Improve and maintain policies, procedures, guidelines and standards for physical safety</li> <li>Be first point of contact during and outside of school hours for security and emergency situations</li> <li>On site traffic management and managing all operational and technical aspects of security operations including CCTV and alarms</li> <li>Coordinate and manage Physical Security Contractors</li> <li>Work collaboratively with stakeholders across the College in particular during events such as Open Days</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What You Bring</strong></p> <ul> <li>Relevant professional qualifications such as Certificate II or III in Security Operations and current Unarmed Security Officer Licence</li> <li>Current Fire Warden and First Aid Training or willingness to obtain before commencement</li> <li>Strong experience in operational aspects of security systems, traffic management and appropriate security incident responses</li> <li>Experience in conducting investigations and producing clear, finding reports</li> <li>Highly developed communication, integrity and professionalism in alignment with the College’s values and expected standards of conduct</li> <li>Commitment to the College’s Christian ethos and values</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>How to Apply</strong></p> <p>To apply, please submit your cover letter and curriculum vitae, demonstrating how you meet the requirements of the Position Description by clicking on the Apply button provided.
