St Andrews Lutheran College invites applications from experienced educational leaders for the role of Deputy Principal Head of Secondary School.

Students are known, valued and supported to pursue their personal best through broad academic and vocational pathways, authentic learning experiences and a rich co-curricular program. <br> &nbsp;&nbsp; <br> As a key member of the Senior Executive Team, the Deputy Principal Head of Secondary School will contribute to the strategic, cultural and organisational leadership of the College while holding primary responsibility for the performance and outcomes of Years 7–12. Reporting directly to the Principal, the role leads the Secondary School with clarity, influence and decisive judgement, translating College priorities into aligned systems, consistent practice and measurable improvement.
