<p>In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the School’s ICT infrastructure. Your hands-on approach will include providing Level 2 support to staff and students, administering Microsoft 365 services, maintaining and improving the School’s enterprise network, strengthening security practices, and collaborating with other ICT technical staff. You will also ensure that systems and related procedures align with the School’s values, supporting staff, students, and the broader school community.&nbsp;</p> <p>Duties include:&nbsp;</p> <p>• Level 2 Support – Provide IT support, respond to incidents, and resolve issues escalated by the service desk team.&nbsp;</p> <p>• Networks – Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues whilst assisting in planning and implementation of network projects to ensure reliable and secure connectivity.&nbsp;</p> <p>• Server and Endpoint Management – Maintain critical systems and administer patching and updates for endpoints and servers.&nbsp;</p> <p>• Cyber Security – Apply recognised cyber security frameworks to strengthen the School's security posture.&nbsp;</p> <p>• Backup and Disaster recovery – Assist with backup monitoring and management of backup solutions, ensuring data integrity, availability and timely recovery in case of system failures or data loss.&nbsp;</p> <p>• Unified Communications – Assist with the management of IP-based phone systems and video conferencing systems.&nbsp;</p> <p>• Documentation – Maintain ICT technical documentation and support hardware/software asset management.&nbsp;</p> <p>This is an ongoing, full-time position.
