We are looking for an outstanding educational leader to join our Executive Team as Head of Senior School.

<p>We are looking for an outstanding educational leader to join our Executive Team as Head of Senior School<strong>. </strong>This is an opportunity to make a genuine difference in the lives of students in Years 9–12 by leading a culture where wellbeing, engagement, and high expectations enable every student to thrive. Working closely with Heads of Day House, Heads of Boarding Houses, teaching staff and fellow Executive members, you will provide strategic leadership of the Senior School's pastoral care, student behaviour and engagement, ensuring a consistent and supportive experience that reflects the School's Anglican ethos, Character Framework and values of <i>Connection, Courage and Commitment</i>.</p>
<p>You'll be an experienced and authentic leader who understands the importance of strong relationships and the impact of exceptional pastoral care. With expertise in student wellbeing, adolescent development and staff leadership, you'll build trust, develop capability and confidently navigate complex student and family matters with professionalism, empathy and sound judgement. Above all, you'll believe that character formation sits alongside academic excellence and that every young person deserves to be known, challenged and supported to achieve their personal best.</p>
