<p>Oakhill College is an Independent Catholic Secondary School conducted in the Lasallian tradition, with an enrolment of 2,250 students, boys Years 7 to 10, co-educational in Years 11 and 12. Oakhill College is located in Castle Hill, NSW, and offers a wide range of subject choices and extra-curricular activities.</p>

<p>The College Enrolments Registrar is an integral position within the College, being the first point of contact for prospective families and responsible for the student enrolment process. The successful applicant will demonstrate a high degree of initiative, professionalism and possess excellent communication, time-management, and interpersonal skills. </p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Be responsible for receiving, reviewing, and processing enrolment applications and acceptances;</li>
<li>Meet with prospective and current parents/guardians, conduct tours of the school, explain the college’s facilities, requirements, and general operations; </li>
<li>Attend major Oakhill College events appropriate to the role;</li>
<li>Answer enquiries concerning enrolments;</li>
<li>Maintain the student enrolment database;</li>
<li>Organise and oversee all enrolment interviews, processes, and documentation regarding acceptances;</li>
<li>Regularly review the status of acceptances and waiting list to assure full intake;</li>
<li>Collaborate with key stakeholders to organise high quality Information Evenings for prospective parents/guardians, College Tours, Principal Talks, and interviews;</li>
<li>Collaborate with key stakeholders to organise high-quality Open Days and College expos;</li>
<li>Prepare and implement a plan of action to follow up enquiries and prospective parents/guardians who attend College tours;</li>
<li>Recommend strategies relating to enrolments;</li>
<li>Prepare accurate enrolment data for the College Principal and/or the Business Manager as required. Including status of enrolment applications, enquiries, and withdrawals.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate knowledge of, and experience in, the areas listed below:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience working in a similar role in a school environment is advantageous;</li>
<li>Experience developing and administering a complex process, requiring quality planning, attention to detail, organisation, sound judgement, and provision of feedback;</li>
<li>Excellent organisational and time-management skills;</li>
<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills;</li>
<li>High level of attention to detail and accuracy;</li>
<li>Demonstrate a clear understanding and commitment to the Mission of the Catholic School;</li>
<li>Be supportive of the Lasallian ethos of the College;</li>
<li>Adhere to the College’s Safeguarding Standards and Child Protection policies and procedures;Be an experienced, innovative, and engaging team member;</li>
<li>Demonstrate sound ICT skills;</li>
<li>Be committed to professional growth and development of excellence;</li>
<li>Knowledge of Digistorm and TASS databases would be desirable.</li>
</ul>
<p>The appointment is for an initial period of up to 3 years, renewable by mutual agreement.</p>
