<p>Ready to make a lasting impact on the lives of young people? We’re seeking a <strong>Director of Students Senior Years</strong> at our St Clare Campus (Greenvale), commencing in August 2026 (negotiable), with an ongoing teaching opportunity.</p>
<p>We’re looking for an inspiring leader who builds strong relationships, champions student wellbeing and works collaboratively with staff, students and families to support success in the senior years.</p>
<p>Bring your leadership, strategic thinking and passion for student growth as you guide students through one of the most important stages of their educational journey, fostering a culture of high expectations, belonging and achievement.</p>

<p><strong>Key Responsibilities: </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Lead the holistic wellbeing, pastoral care and development of students in the senior years.</li>
<li>Collaborate with House Leaders, Curriculum Leaders and Learning Support to enhance student outcomes and pathways.</li>
<li>Design and oversee a Years 11 and 12 Personal Development and Preventative Education program grounded in Positive Psychology.</li>
<li>Lead and support the House Leader team, fostering a culture of collaboration, student wellbeing and restorative practices.</li>
<li>Build strong partnerships with students, families and staff to promote engagement, achievement and positive behaviour.</li>
<li>Drive a whole-school approach to student wellbeing, ensuring College values and Gospel values are embedded in all aspects of student life.</li>
<li>Support student wellbeing, welfare and discipline. <br><br>

<p>This is a position of leadership from August 2026 to January 2029 with an ongoing teaching opportunity. </p>
<p><strong>Skills and experience</strong></p>
<p>To be successful in this position you should demonstrate the following:</p>
<ul>
<li>Current valid VIT Registration</li>
<li>Exemplary student wellbeing and child safety understanding and practices.</li>
<li>A proven capacity to lead a team and build the leadership capacity of others.</li>
<li>Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to liaise and communicate effectively with people at all levels and from varying backgrounds.</li>
<li>Sound organisational and administrative skills.</li>
<li>A proven capacity to work independently and effectively in the face of changing priorities, deadlines and pressure.</li>
<li>A proven ability to build positive partnerships with parents, students and staff.</li>
<li>A capacity for creative problem-solving and adaptability.</li>
<li>A commitment to ongoing professional learning.</li>
<li>A capacity to manage highly confidential information. </li>
