You will play a central role in supporting students with recognised learning difficulties or disabilities to access the curriculum.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Organise and provide learning support for identified students, diagnostically testing students as required, and coordinating Individual Support Plans.</li> <li>Develop and maintain positive relationships across the College, with students, colleagues, parents and external providers.</li> <li>Maintain confidentiality in regard to sensitive or private information.</li> <li>Monitor student progress and maintain accurate and comprehensive records of student assessment and progress.</li> </ul> <p><strong>About Us&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>St Peters Lutheran College is a Co-Educational Day and Boarding School of the Lutheran Church located on 52 acres just 7 kilometres from Brisbane CBD.
