<p>The Inclusive Education Coordinator reports to the Head of Learning Diversity (Secondary) and provides leadership and coordination of inclusive education practices that support all students to access, participate and achieve success in learning. </p>
<p>The role works collaboratively with students, families, staff and external professionals to coordinate personalised learning, targeted interventions, student support processes and appropriate pathways. The role builds staff capability, oversees PPL and NCCD processes, and promotes a culture of collaboration, high expectations and inclusive practice across the College. </p>
