<p><strong>Position Details:</strong></p>

<li>Education Support Officer Category C, Level 2</li>
<li>Full time ongoing. <br><br>

</ul>
<p>Your duties will include:</p>
<ul>
<li>Provide administrative support across the school, including reception, student services, correspondence, record management, and general office operations.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate student, staff, and school records, including data entry, reporting, archiving, behaviour contracts, and compliance documentation.</li>
<li>Serve as a key point of contact for students, families, staff, and external stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and support.</li>
<li>Coordinate meetings, events, appointments, and school activities, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and liaising with internal and external parties.</li>
<li>Support student wellbeing and engagement initiatives by assisting with referrals, resource coordination, family communication, and student leadership programs.</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Skills and experience</strong></p>
<p>To be successful in this position you will have the following:</p>
<ul>
<li>Effective planning and organisational skills; ability to manage multiple deadline and competing demands.</li>
<li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and staff.</li>
<li>Professional telephone and customer service etiquette.</li>
<li>A high level of literacy, numeracy and information technology skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.</li>
<li>The ability to maintain the highest levels of confidentiality when dealing with privileged information.</li>
<li>Experience in a school setting and familiarity with the Synergetic school management system are highly desirable.</li>
