<p>We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Education Support Officer (ESO) to join our team. This role provides an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of students by supporting learning, wellbeing, and engagement within the classroom and broader school community.</p>

This position suits someone who enjoys working with young people, builds positive relationships, and is passionate about helping students reach their potential.</p>
<p>You will play an important role in supporting teaching and learning across the College, including:</p>
<ul>
<li>Assisting students with their learning under the direction of teaching staff </li>
<li>Providing individual and small-group support in the classroom </li>
<li>Encouraging student engagement, participation, and wellbeing </li>
<li>Supporting students with diverse learning needs </li>
<li>Assisting teachers with the preparation of learning resources and classroom activities </li>
<li>Contributing positively to a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment </li>
<li>Supporting school programs and activities as required</li>
</ul>

<p>You are patient, approachable, and passionate about supporting young people. You work well as part of a team, communicate effectively, and are committed to helping students experience success in their learning.</p>

<li>Experience working with children or young people in an educational, community, or support setting (desirable) </li>
