<p>Emmaus College is a proudly Catholic co-educational College in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne, established in 1980. The College operates over multiple campuses, at Vermont South, Vermont and Burwood. A Senior Campus for Years 7, 8, 10, 11 and 12 in Vermont South, a Junior Campus for K to Year 6 in Vermont South (1.8km from the Senior Campus) and a Year 9 Campus in Vermont (1.4km from the Senior Campus) and a VET Campus in Burwood.<br><br><strong>VET Building and Construction (Carpentry) Teacher</strong></p> <p>The College is seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated and qualified VET Building and Construction (Carpentry) Teacher commencing in Term 1, 2027.<br><br> Applications are welcomed from individuals with a passion for vocational education and training, and a commitment to preparing young people for employment, apprenticeships and further study within the building and construction industry.&nbsp;<br><br> The incumbent will be responsible for delivering high-quality, industry-relevant training and assessment in building and construction, including carpentry, construction methods, workplace safety, the use of hand and power tools, measurement and calculations, material handling, and basic construction techniques.
