It seeks to provide the distinctive identity, relationships, learning and leadership, supporting its staff and families to meet the high expectations for the achievement and holistic development of its students in our local, national and international communities.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>About the Role:</strong></p> <p>At Bellfield College, Teachers play a vital role in delivering high-quality, engaging, and challenging learning experiences across the curriculum, developing curiosity, critical thinking, and a love of learning in students. In addition to their teaching responsibilities, staff at the College are expected to actively engage with and contribute to the wider College ethos, activities, and events. This includes supporting the whole school responsibility for developing student character, pastoral care, and participation in school directed activities such as prayer time, sports, behaviour management, and maintaining high standards of uniform.&nbsp;</p> <p>Bellfield College invites dynamic and innovative Visual Arts teachers to apply for a full-time classroom teacher position commencing in term 3, 2026 (Monday, 20 July). A part-time role for the right applicant will be considered. Generous remuneration above the published 2025 CMEA rates.</p> <p>To be successful in this role it is desirable that you are able to:&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li><strong>Deliver a Dynamic Curriculum: </strong>Design and implement a stimulating, inclusive Visual Arts program aligned with the NSW Curriculum&nbsp;</li> <li><strong>Foster Creativity: </strong>Cultivate a supportive environment where every student feels confident to explore their artistic potential</li> <li><strong>Showcase Student Talent: </strong>Coordinate school art displays and contribute to community art events or exhibitions.</li> <li><strong>Manage Resources: </strong>Oversee the art budget, maintain inventory, and ensure the art room is a safe, organised, and an inspiring space.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Fulfil all responsibilities related to teaching and learning</li> <li>Appropriate teaching qualifications and NESA accreditation</li> <li>Experience working with animation and Motion Graphics would be desirable but not essential - the College is keen to discuss your own particular teaching specialties and interests with you</li> <li>Ability to integrate technological aspects of the Visual Arts curriculum in teaching</li> <li>Plan, write, and implement coherent, well sequenced programs and resources that actively engage students and promote deep learning.</li> <li>Proactively prepare for each term by independently sourcing required information and organising class materials in advance.
