<li>Structure lessons to meet the physical, social, and intellectual development of students.</li>
<li>Create and maintain a safe, inclusive, and challenging learning environment.</li>
<li>Adhere to the assessment schedule and maintain records of student achievement.</li>
<li>Provide extensive pedagogical knowledge and enhance the learning and teaching of the subject matter.</li>
<li>Work creatively and constructively within various school communities.</li>
<li>Set high, achievable goals for yourself and your students.</li>

<li>Current qualifications and experience teaching Visual Arts in stages 4 to 6.</li>

<li>Exceptional communication and coordination abilities, reporting, and administrative tasks.</li>
<li>The ability to motivate students and instil a lifelong love for learning.</li>

<li>A knack for teamwork and a commitment to actively contributing to the Marian Community.</li>

<p><strong>Qualifications and Accreditations:</strong></p>

<li>Compliance with NSW Child Protection Legislation - Working with Children Check clearance.</li>
<li>Eligibility to teach according to the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA).</li>
<li>Relevant tertiary qualification (new grads encouraged to apply).</li>
