<p><strong>About You</strong><br><br>
As part of the Learning Support Team you will assist the classroom teacher in providing a quality Catholic education focused on maximising student outcomes, through a holistic, student centred curriculum. You must be able to demonstrate:</p>
<ul>
<li>an understanding of the needs of the diverse needs of students who require individual and classroom support</li>
<li>ability to work collaboratively with teachers as a team member</li>
<li>experience in a PBL school (desirable)</li>
<li>excellent communication skills</li>
<li>ability to be organised, supportive and resourceful</li>
<li>ability and willingness to demonstrate initiative and proactively engage learners</li>
<li>a willingness to support the positive religious and cultural Catholic school environment for students.</li>
<li>a Certificate III or IV in Educational Support from TAFE NSW or equivalent post-secondary qualification.</li>
