<p>An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and proactive Safety, Risk and Compliance Officer to join our Business and Operations Team. This role plays a critical part in supporting the College's commitment to providing a safe, compliant and well-managed environment for students, staff and visitors through the effective coordination of workplace safety, risk management and compliance systems. </p>
<p>This is a full time ongoing position to commence as soon as possible. </p>
<p>As the Safety, Risk and Compliance Officer, you will: </p>
<ul>
<li>Coordinate and support the College's workplace health and safety framework. </li>
<li>Maintain the College Risk Register and support risk management processes across all areas of the College. </li>
<li>Monitor compliance obligations and assist with policy, audit and regulatory requirements. </li>
<li>Coordinate incident, hazard and injury reporting and ensure appropriate follow-up actions are implemented. </li>
<li>Support emergency management planning, workplace inspections and safety initiatives. </li>
<li>Provide reporting, data analysis and recommendations to support continuous improvement. </li>
</ul>
<p>We are looking for someone who has: </p>
<ul>
<li>A genuine commitment to workplace safety, wellbeing and continuous improvement. </li>
<li>Experience in workplace health and safety, risk management, compliance or a related field. </li>
<li>Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines. </li>
<li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities. </li>
<li>Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships across a diverse school community. </li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare reports and maintain accurate documentation. </li>
