<p><strong>About the Role </strong></p>
<p>Rosebank College is seeking an enthusiastic, organised and highly capable PACE Coordinator (Programs and Administration) to join the College in a permanent full-time capacity commencing Term 3, 2026.</p>
<p>Reporting to the Dean of Physical and Cultural Engagement (PACE), the PACE Coordinator (Programs and Administration) provides administrative leadership and coordination across the College's co-curricular portfolio.</p>
<p>The Physical and Cultural Engagement (PACE) portfolio encompasses the College's co-curricular program. PACE includes sport, recreational activities, cultural opportunities, student leadership, enrichment programs, and other experiences that support the holistic development of students.</p>
<p>The role supports the delivery of a broad range of programs and initiatives, including:</p>
<ul>
<li>Club Sport</li>
<li>Duke of Edinburgh's Award</li>
<li>Chess Club</li>
<li>Student engagement initiatives</li>
<li>PACE events and activities</li>
<li>Awards ceremonies and carnivals</li>
<li>Community engagement activities</li>
<li>Parent communication and participation management</li>
<li>Student supervision and wellbeing support</li>
</ul>
<p>The successful applicant will work closely with the Dean of Physical and Cultural Engagement, PACE Coordinators, coaches, staff, students, parents, and external providers to ensure the successful delivery of safe, engaging and well-organised co-curricular opportunities.</p>
<p>This role also contributes to the broader operation of the College through participation in student supervision and duty responsibilities as required.</p>
<p>This role is a non-teaching position and is required to work 40 weeks per year. This role is required to work Monday to Friday with a starting time of 7.30 am - 3.30 pm.</p>

<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<p>The successful applicant will:</p>
<ul>
<li>Coordinate the administration and delivery of the College Club Sports Program.</li>
<li>Support the administration of the Duke of Edinburgh's Award Program.</li>
<li>Coordinate the administration and operation of the College Chess Club.</li>
<li>Support the planning and delivery of PACE events, carnivals, awards ceremonies and community initiatives.</li>
<li>Manage registrations, attendance records, permissions, communications and associated administration for PACE activities.</li>
<li>Support the administration of student injury management and concussion processes.</li>
<li>Coordinate PACE equipment, resources, and uniform management, including stocktakes and inventory control.</li>
<li>Assist with coach recruitment, induction and compliance requirements.</li>
<li>Support the Dean of Physical and Cultural Engagement in the implementation of strategic PACE initiatives.</li>
<li>Contribute to student supervision and duty responsibilities as required.</li>
<li>Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in supporting the evolving needs of the PACE portfolio.</li>

<p>The successful applicant will be a highly organised and proactive professional who is passionate about supporting student engagement and co-curricular opportunities.</p>

<li>Demonstrated experience in sports administration, PACE coordination, event management or program administration.</li>
<li>Strong administrative, organisational and project coordination skills.</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines.</li>
<li>Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills.</li>
<li>Proven ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, staff, and external stakeholders.</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.</li>
<li>High level of computer literacy, including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, databases, and online administration systems.</li>
<li>Ability to demonstrate initiative, flexibility and responsiveness in a dynamic environment.</li>
<li>Commitment to the mission and values of Catholic education.</li>
<li>Commitment to child safeguarding and student wellbeing.</li>
<li>Current Working With Children Check or willingness to obtain one.</li>
</ul>

<li>Qualifications in Sport Management, Business Administration, Education, Event Management or a related field.</li>
<li>Experience in school-based co-curricular administration.</li>
<li>First Aid and CPR certification.</li>
<li>Experience supporting student engagement, sporting or community programs.<br><br>
