<p>An exciting opportunity exists for a passionate and student-centred Wellbeing Support Officer to join our Wellbeing Team. This role plays a vital part in supporting student engagement, wellbeing, inclusion and positive learning outcomes through collaborative partnerships with students, families and staff.</p>
<p>This a full time ongoing position to commence asap.</p>
<p>As the Wellbeing Support Officer, you will:</p>
<ul>
<li>Support the wellbeing, engagement and inclusion of students across the College.</li>
<li>Build positive and professional relationships with students, families and staff.</li>
<li>Assist in identifying and responding to student wellbeing concerns and support needs.</li>
<li>Work collaboratively with Heads of Students, teachers and external agencies to support student outcomes.</li>
</ul>
<p>We are looking for someone who has:</p>
<ul>
<li>A genuine commitment to student wellbeing and child safety.</li>
<li>Experience working with young people in an educational, wellbeing, youth work, community services or related setting.</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.</li>
<li>The ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills, including the ability to engage effectively with students, families and staff.</li>
