<p><strong>About You</strong><br><br>
As a <strong>School Support Officer (Level 4)</strong>, you will be an integral member of the school community, you will demonstrate <strong>St Therese's Catholic Primary School Lakemba's</strong> values and professional standards in interacting with students, staff, parents and the community. You must be able to demonstrate:</p>
<ul>
<li>strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills and ability to deal sensitively with students, parents/carers and staff when required</li>
<li>excellent organisational skills including the ability to work effectively in a busy environment, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines</li>
<li>experience working in administration</li>
<li>experience with CiA and Compass or the ability to learn new systems</li>
<li>ability to work effectively both autonomously and as part of a team</li>
<li>advanced computer literacy skills (MS Office and Google suite)</li>
<li>accuracy and attention to detail</li>
<li>proven ability to recognise confidential issues as they arise and to treat them with the sensitivity required</li>
<li>a willingness to support the inclusive Catholic religious and cultural environment for students</li>
<li>a willingness to perform other duties as directed by the Principal</li>
<li>a Certificate III/ IV (TAFE NSW) or equivalent post-secondary qualification in administration, human resources, finance, accounting or equivalent.</li>
