Our mission is to provide a Christ-centred education of excellence that empowers students to develop their God-given potential.</p> <p>Due to continued growth and the next phase of our strategic journey, we are seeking an experienced and faith-driven <strong>Assistant Principal</strong> to join our Executive Team.</p> <p>This is a key senior leadership role, working alongside the Principal as 2IC, with College-wide responsibility for the strategic leadership and alignment of teaching and learning, student wellbeing and faith integration.</p> <p><strong>About the Role</strong></p> <ul> <li>Provide strategic leadership of teaching and learning, wellbeing and Christian education across K–12</li> <li>Lead the Lead Education Team, including the Heads of Primary and Secondary and the Head of Teaching and Learning</li> <li>Drive continuous improvement in curriculum, pedagogy and student outcomes</li> <li>Oversee teacher accreditation, appraisal and professional growth</li> <li>Provide strategic oversight of student wellbeing, chaplaincy and support services</li> <li>Operate effectively at both a strategic and operational level, translating vision into consistent College-wide practice</li> <li>Contribute to whole-College strategy, planning and culture</li> </ul> <p>This role is central to shaping the future of the College as it implements its <strong>Towards 2035 Strategic Plan</strong>, including key developments in structure, HSC pathways and wellbeing frameworks.</p> <p><strong>The Successful Applicant Will Have</strong></p> <ul> <li>A personal Christian faith, active church involvement, and alignment with the College’s Statement of Faith</li> <li>Extensive experience in senior educational leadership</li> <li>Demonstrated success improving teaching and learning outcomes</li> <li>Strong capacity to lead strategy, people and culture</li> <li>Experience overseeing student wellbeing or support services</li> <li>Current NSW Teacher Accreditation and Working with Children Check</li> </ul> <p><strong>Salary &amp; Conditions</strong></p> <p>This full-time position will commence in <strong>January 2027</strong>.<br> The salary is in accordance with the <strong>NSW Christian Schools Teaching Staff Multi-Enterprise Agreement</strong>, including a Position of Responsibility (POR) Allowance – Level 4.
