<p><br><strong>About Us</strong> </p>
<p>Catholic Archdiocese of Canberra and Goulburn Education Limited (CACGEL) operates in the ACT and NSW, supporting 56 Schools and nine Early Learning Centres (ELCs). </p>
<p>The Archdiocesan Schools Office provides a range of services to the system through four directorates including Faith in Learning, School Operations, Corporate Services and Governance and Strategy.</p>
<p><strong>About the Role </strong> </p>
<p>The Nationally Consistent Collection of Data (NCCD) Officer supports schools in ensuring students with disabilities receive equitable access to education. The position focuses on coordinating and delivering targeted professional development, resources, and guidance to schools on NCCD processes and procedures. By collecting data consistently and systematically, the NCCD Officer assists schools to provide reasonable adjustments, enabling students to participate in education on the same basis as their peers, in line with the Disability Discrimination Act 1992 and Disability Standards for Education.</p>
<p><strong>About the Team</strong></p>
<p>The NCCD Officer, Inclusive Practices sits in the School and Family Services team of the School Operations directorate and supports schools in a variety of ways, including working with clinical experts and curriculum advisers. The School and Family Services team draws on a wealth of knowledge, hands on experience and personal connections with communities to bring welcome and positive change, with students and families at the heart of everything.</p>

<p><strong>Qualifications and Eligibility </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Primary or Secondary Education</li>
<li>Experience or qualifications in inclusive education or similar field are highly desirable</li>
<li>Ability to obtain and maintain Accreditation in accordance with Work Teach and Lead in Catholic Education Canberra and Goulburn policy</li>
<li>Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) registration and Working With Children Check (WWCC) <br>
(<i>Please note these clearances are not required at point of application however are required prior to commencement</i>)</li>
<li>Current Drivers Licence</li>
