◌ Student Wellbeing — Build genuine, caring relationships with students and their families — you will often be at the coalface of their world, not just their education.

◌ Collaborative Practice — Work as part of a tight-knit team where co-ownership of the school environment is the norm.

◌ Cultural Engagement — Embrace and integrate First Nations perspectives into your teaching with humility and a genuine willingness to learn from this community.

◌ Community Connection — Actively engage with students’ families and the broader Kurrawang community as a trusted and visible presence.

◌ Faith Integration — Support and uphold the school’s Christian ethos, participating in staff devotions, prayer, and the school’s Christ-centred approach to education.
