The ICT Support Officer will utilise their knowledge and resources to troubleshoot customer and system issues.</p> <p>As a service role, the ICT Support Officer will be in regular contact with staff in schools, the Catholic Education office and the Diocese; as well as external parties such as vendors and service partners.
