Loreto Toorak is seeking a highly capable Human Resources Assistant to provide high-quality administrative support and contribute to the effective delivery of human resources services across the employee lifecycle. Permanent part-time work either Monday to Thursday, 8.00am to 4.00pm, or Monday to Friday during school hours, 9.00am to 3.00pm. This role offers seven weeks of paid school holidays.

<p><strong>The Position</strong></p>
<p>Loreto Toorak is seeking an experienced and highly capable Human Resources Assistant to provide high-quality administrative support and contribute to the effective delivery of human resources services across the employee lifecycle.</p>
<p>This is a permanent part-time opportunity, with flexibility to work either Monday to Thursday, 8.00am to 4.00pm, or Monday to Friday during school hours, 9.00am to 3.00pm. This role offers seven weeks of paid school holidays. </p>
<p>Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the Human Resources Assistant will provide efficient, accurate and professional administrative support to the Director and the broader HR team. The role includes assisting with HR documentation, records management, scheduling and correspondence, ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely, confidential and caring manner. You will play a key role in supporting all stages of the employee lifecycle, from onboarding through to offboarding, and everything in between, contributing to a positive and well-organised employee experience.</p>

<p>You are an organised, proactive and people-focused administrative professional with a strong interest in supporting a positive, welcoming and engaging employee experience. You bring accuracy, discretion and professionalism to your work and are confident handling confidential information with care.</p>
<p>With experience in an administrative or HR support role, you enjoy managing documentation, balancing competing priorities and supporting processes across the employee lifecycle. You have strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail and take pride in delivering work that is timely and well presented.</p>
