<p><strong>About You</strong><br><br>
As an <strong>Assistant Diverse Learning Coordinator (1pt)</strong>, you will inspire students through engaging, student-centered teaching within a Catholic learning environment. The position is a 1-point promotional role, temporary for up to 3 years, however your teaching position will be full-time and permanent. You will support the Diverse Learning Coordinator in providing quality learning experiences for diverse learning students. <br><br><strong>You will be able to:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>create and implement engaging, rigorous planned learning and experiences catering to the diverse needs of students</li>
<li>support inclusive Catholic religious and cultural environment for students</li>
<li>demonstrate strong classroom management and student well-being focus</li>
<li>understand and cater for the diverse needs of students who require individual, classroom and community support in a range of learning environments</li>
<li>support the leadership of the Diverse Learning Coordinator by collaborating with classroom teachers to develop, implement, and monitor personalised learning plans</li>
<li>assist in the identification, assessment and ongoing monitoring of students requiring diverse learning support</li>
<li>maintain accurate records NCCD processes required under legislation</li>
<li>mentor diverse learning staff, sustaining an environment that supports continuous improvement in program delivery, as well as ongoing feedback</li>
<li>coordinate application and registration process for athletes with disabilities</li>
<li>be organised, supportive and resourceful</li>
<li>assist with the developing and facilitating staff professional development for best practices within EAL/D and diverse learning</li>
<li>bring a tertiary qualification in Education and NESA accreditation.</li>
