<p><strong>Salary:</strong>&nbsp;$165,402&nbsp;plus superannuation<br><strong>Employment Status:</strong> Full-time<br><strong>Eligibility:&nbsp;</strong>Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident<br><strong>Start Date:&nbsp;</strong>Immediate start available&nbsp;<br><strong>Application Closing Date:&nbsp;</strong>17th of May</p> <p><br><strong>About Us</strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p>Catholic Archdiocese of Canberra and Goulburn Education Limited (CECG) operates&nbsp;in the ACT and NSW, supporting 56 Schools and nine Early Learning&nbsp;Centres&nbsp;(ELCs).&nbsp;</p> <p>The Catholic Education Office (CEO) provides corporate services to the CECG system of schools, ELCs and the CEO through several service areas including Education and Performance Improvement, Catholic Identity, School and Family Services, Strategy and Special Projects, Finance and Infrastructure, Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and People and Culture.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>About the Role&nbsp;</strong>&nbsp;</p> <p>The Education Support Lead - Complaints &amp; Investigations is responsible for delivering leading and managing service complaints and statutory child protection investigations (Reportable Conduct) in accordance with legislation, Catholic Education policy and practice guidelines.
