This is a highly rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference by delivering targeted, student-centred learning within a supportive, trauma-informed environment.</p> <p>In this role, you will play a key part in helping students engage with education, build confidence, and work towards achieving their personal and academic goals. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to creating a safe, inclusive school culture where every student is supported to succeed.<br><br><strong>Your day-to-day will involve:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop and implement engaging learning aligned to the Australian Curriculum v9&nbsp;</li> <li>Build strong, trust-based relationships with students, supporting their wellbeing and growth&nbsp;</li> <li>Guide classroom behaviour using calm, consistent and trauma-informed approaches&nbsp;</li> <li>Work closely with Youth Workers and support staff to respond to student needs&nbsp;</li> <li>Collaborate with families, carers and external services to support student outcomes&nbsp;</li> <li>Participate in team planning, case discussions and school activities&nbsp;</li> <li>Monitor attendance, track progress and maintain accurate student records&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>About you:</strong><br> You are a passionate and adaptable educator who is committed to supporting young people to re-engage with learning and achieve their goals. You build strong, respectful relationships across the school community and bring a calm, compassionate approach particularly when working with students at risk.</p> <p>You thrive in a collaborative environment, working alongside youth workers and support staff to provide consistent, student-centred support.
