The purpose of the Executive Assistant to Principal – Primary is to build and foster positive and collaborative relationships with key internal and external stakeholders in order to provide support to the Principal of a primary school. <br><br>
In this position, discretion, sound judgement, initiative and confidentiality are imperative at all times. The role supports the administrative, coordination, and organisational requirements of the Principal and contributes to the effective leadership and operation of the school.<br><br>
This position may be based at a single school site or operate across multiple campuses. Where the role operates across campuses, the Executive Assistant is required to work flexibly across sites in order to support the Principal and the effective operation of the school. The Executive Assistant will also support the coordination of executive priorities, communication, and administrative practices across sites to ensure consistency and continuity of support to the Principal.<br><br>
The Executive Assistant also contributes to the coordination and day-to-day oversight of administration support services, as delegated by the Principal.</p>
